 Orders are packed 9am-5pm PST Monday - Friday. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process and pack your order. If you place an order over the weekend it will be processed the following business day.

You will receive email updates along the way when your order is placed when it ships, and when it arrives. We have an address validator in our checkout that verifies your address as correct. If our system detects an error in your address it will be put on hold. At that point we will reach out to you via email to clarify and fix the error ensuring your order arrives promptly.
